Do you feel like a hamster on a wheel? You have a to-do list for work, one for home, along with big goals to achieve and “shoulds” to last a year. Are you burning out? There’s a way to reenergize the light and live a more balanced life. In this art, journaling, and wellness workshop with Emily Schickli, MA, intuitive coach, you’ll learn the three-step process to stop busyness, release the “shoulds,” and rip up the old rules. She will show how you can return the magic by taking bite-sized self-care adventures. Please bring a pen, pencil, paper and assorted art supplies.

Emily Schickli, MA, is a certified life coach, intuitive oracle reader, Reiki master, and certified yoga and meditation teacher. She loves guiding busy professionals to reconnect with their intuition, reclaim their time and energy, and transform their lives into an adventure worth living. She’s led workshops for Google, Microsoft, Course Hero, Uber, and more. Emily has been featured on podcasts including Yoga Magic, Fearless and Successful, and Chasing Alignment, and appeared in the outlets ThriveGlobal, Tatler Asia, and myfitnesspal's blog. Her coaching clients have doubled their energy and enhanced their ability to manage their time using the practice of bite-sized self-care. Learn more.
