In this presentation, we will explore the origins of this sacred technique with Ananda Center teacher, Saiganesh Sairaman. Saiganesh Sairaman is a teacher of meditation and yoga philosophy at the Ananda Center in Palo Alto. His experience as a management consultant and IT services manager at Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley helps him share the ancient teachings of yoga in creative, practical, and useful ways.
