Join author Alison DeNicola for an experiential workshop on the power of mudras and visualization as a healing and revitalizing tool. Learn how mudras can help you direct your energy, breath, and awareness. Experience self-healing in the physical and subtle bodies by opening, activating, and balancing all the chakras. Ignite your metabolism to assist the immune system, alleviate stress, tension and anxiety. You will learn how to access your inner wisdom, the higher mind, for intention setting, manifesting, and letting go of self-limiting beliefs.
