Dr. Connie Zweig, author of Meeting the Shadow and Romancing the Shadow, extends her work on the shadow in midlife and beyond in a new book, The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul. She explores aging as a spiritual practice and offers tools to expand our emotional and spiritual development alongside our expanding longevity. Age is our curriculum, she says.
