Your relationship with yourself colors every other relationship in your life. If your self-love isn't strong, you may find yourself misaligned with the relationships in your life - with your family, your friends, your work, with yourself and the way you treat your body, mind, and spirit. This manifests in different ways, including putting up with jobs you hate, being in negative relationships with family, friends, or partners, or suffering from self-destructive behaviors creating misery in your life. In this workshop, Kerry Campbell teaches you about the second principle in her book Principles of Wellbeing: Life Practices for Positive Change, which is: Self-Love is the Foundation. You'll learn tools and techniques for creating a foundation of strong self-love in your life, which will help you generate positive change and growth in many areas of your life.

Kerry manages global leadership development programs at Google and is a trainer, coach, and teacher. She is also a visual artist and owner of Kerry Gallery.
