The session begins with a 5-minute introduction on how to sit comfortably inside the geode, followed by a 5-15 minute sound bath adjusted to your sensitivity to sound and vibration. The final portion includes guided grounding and re-integration techniques to help you return to the present moment with balance and clarity.
The synergy of sound and crystal energy creates an accelerated path to relaxation, rejuvenation, and spiritual connection. While the Amethyst Geode Chamber has accommodated individuals up to 300 lbs and 6’8” tall, seating inside may vary depending on size and mobility. For those unable to sit inside, accommodations will be made with a chair placed in front of the geode to ensure you can still benefit from its powerful energy.

5-15 Minutes: Sound bath within the chamber, adjusted to your sensitivity to sound and vibration.
