Healthy self-love and sense of self-worth is the foundation for a person’s wellbeing through life. Without it, one can suffer pain in multiple areas. Author of Principles of Wellbeing, Life Practices for Positive Change, Kerry Campbell will identify the current strength of your self-love and how it is impacting your life. She will discuss what a strong self-love looks and feels like and lead you in writing an affirmation to create increasing self-worth and compassion.
Kerry manages global leadership development programs at Google. She is a visual artist and occasionally teaches college-level courses.
