Dr. Edward Bynum

Rooted in archaeology, anthropology, depth psychology, and genetics, Dr. Edward Bynum will present on Our African Unconscious — detailing how all of us as human beings, regardless of our surface differences, are in our deepest core, both psychically and physically, based in an African template. Millions of us already intuitively sense this to be true. Going far beyond “Eastern” and “Western” perspectives, Our African Unconscious presents a warm, powerful, and inclusive scientific and healing vision of our deeper shared consciousness and identity as a species.

Edward Bruce Bynum, Ph.D., ABPP, is a clinical psychologist and former director of the behavioral medicine program at the University of Massachusetts Health Services. The 2005 recipient of the Abraham H. Maslow Award from the American Psychological Association and the author of several books, including Dark Light Consciousness, he is currently in private practice in Hadley, Massachusetts.
