This workshop with Oluwa Adams-Oyenuga helps people add health, unconditional joy, and meditative peace to their body, mind, and spirit. Using various meditation techniques, Oyenuga will support the healing and release of your past emotional pain and trauma. Oyenuga guides people to observe their behavior, challenge their social conditioning, fully express, and accept themselves. Students will be encouraged to think and act in alignment with their personality, innate gifts, and natural proclivities. Oluwa Adams-Oyenuga is a mystic, teacher of meditative presence, tantra and dance. He is also a psychologist, philosopher, author, and singer/songwriter.
