The experience of seeing an anomalous light or even apparent extraterrestrials can change a person’s life in just a few minutes. In this presentation, Greg Bishop will recast how we look at the UFO experience as something that mythologist Joseph Campbell referred to as “aesthetic arrest” - when we become so overwhelmed by an experience that it changes us in profound ways.

Greg Bishop has been researching and writing about UFOs and the paranormal for almost 30 years. He has also hosted an interview show on these topics since 1997. He is the author of four books on strange phenomena as well as government involvement with the UFO subject. His writing has also appeared in countless publications and anthologies.
