The keys to a healthy and balanced life are peace of mind and the flow of vitality through our bodies.  Steven Manus, a longtime student of the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, has synthesized the energy principles of the great master with those of Traditional Chinese Medicine to offer a series of energy flows designed to increase both calmness and the flow of vital life force - prana, or chi.  This will be an evening of heightened awareness, joyful activity, and a simple practice which brings  lasting happiness.

Steven Manus has been a student and practitioner of Eastern teachings for 30 years.  Specifically, as a disciple of the great Indian Master Paramhansa Yogananda, he has helped to develop a series of energy practices which vitalize the body, calm the mind, and lead to greater and deeper happiness.
