Release your inner drummer! If you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm. Group drumming reduces stress, builds community, inspires creativity, and connects the body, mind, and spirit. Jeni Swerdlow, MA-ATR, is a dynamic performer and facilitator making it fun and easy for everyone to play. This workshop is open to all cultures, genders and abilities so you don’t need experience to sense the power of rhythm. You will leave feeling refreshed and alive. Drums will be provided or you may bring your own.
