Dream Yoga is a profound practice that tames the mind and eliminates all confused states by utilizing dreams while you are asleep. While we dream, our mental state is much subtler and we are less distracted by the five physical senses. Chamtrul Rinpoche teaches you this beneficial practice. Use the time when your body is asleep to realize you are in the dream state. Use this awareness to also recognize the illusory nature of all phenomena in your waking hours. Chamtrul Rinpoche is recognized as the reincarnation of the 3rd Chamtrul Pema Nangsal Dorje of Mardo Tashi Choling Monastery in Tibet. He teaches throughout the world, and is a meditation master with vast knowledge of sutra, tantra, and dzogchen. Since 1999, he has served as director of the Bodhicitta Dharma Center in Dharmasala.
