Brigid was a Celtic goddess and saint who bridges the dualities of pagan and Christian, human and animal, privileged and disempowered, male and female. Brigid also serves as a living gateway between the divisions in our cultures. Celtic shamanic practitioner, Lilly Weichberger, and Celtic Christian minister, Kenneth McIntosh, share their experiences, spiritual practices, and knowledge of Brigid to offer us a way forward, toward peace, in our bitterly divided world. Lilly and Ken are co-authors of Brigid’s Mantle: A Celtic Dialogue between Pagan and Christian.

Kenneth McIntosh is author of more than a dozen published books, an educator, and spiritual mentor. His Scots heritage, degrees in education and theology, and extensive travels in Celtic lands inspire his writing.

Lilly Weichberger is the owner of “Oran Mor Artisan Meadery” in Roseburg, Oregon. She has spent much of her life studying world religions, with a particular focus on Celtic history and tradition. Lily is a practicing Celtic Shaman and professional intuitive for almost two decades. She and her partners live in rural Oregon along with three cats, one beast of a dog, a brood of chickens and a peep of chicks. Learn more.
