Ayurveda Wellness counselor and teacher, Annapurna DeLyle, will teach you how to balance your doshas by focusing on Agni. What is Agni? Agni means “fire.” In the late fall, we are in transition to a cooler or wet climate. This causes people to eat heavier foods to feel warm and build a winter layer of fat. In this talk, Annapurna will give you tips on diet, exercises and ways to improve digestion, and balance out your doshas this season. She will discuss what to focus on for keeping digestion strong. Ayurveda states, “We are what we digest!” Learn to keep your Agni burning into the colder months to keep your health and immune system strong this season.
