“Yes” is the first rule of improvisation, But the first word we learn as babies and toddlers is “No!” “No you can’t. No don’t touch. No don’t eat that. No don’t climb on that.” As adults and spiritual beings, when we leave our past conditioning in charge, all the “no’s” continue to rule us. We begin to close ourselves off to God and, quite possibly, miss the answered prayers along the way. Learn to re-condition and exercise your “Yes!” muscle, and allow yourself to blossom, personally and spiritually.
