When I started doing yoga at the local studio, the last thing I ever wanted to do was worship some strange Hindu deity. I just wanted to relax and stay healthy. Yet over time I fell in love with a wrathful goddess, transforming both my understanding of Yoga and of God(dess). I went from yoga postures to Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotional love. It usually focuses on a divine beloved. For me, one deity was just the beginning. Ekabhumi is an award-winning poet, author, devotional artist, and 18-year yoga instructor.
