It is natural to attribute stress to the things happening around us. We spend much of our lives trying to adjust the world around us to be slightly different, so we can feel better. When things (or people!) don't change as we wish, we can often feel stress, disappointment, or anger. It is easy to tell ourselves, “Don’t worry about it,” but how do we actually do that?

This program will show you how not to worry about things. There’s a physics to the human mind that we’ll explore together. You'll discover a roadmap to navigate your mind out of feelings of overwhelm, into a state of calm awareness. Learn how to use your mind as a friend, to steer you out of worry into greater peace of mind. Part lecture, part interaction with time for Q & A.

David Gamow is the founder of Clarity Seminars, and provides workplace stress management training to clients including NASA, CBS, GE, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Stanford School of Medicine, the Department of Justice, and all branches of the military. He has personally trained more than 40,000 people in North America and Europe, and is author of Freedom from Stress.
