This program presents the powerful method of the Stanford University Forgiveness Project and provides guided practice in techniques. Research has shown forgiveness to be imperative for physical, mental and spiritual well being and that it can be learned. We will focus on everyday forgiveness, the way to enhance relationships, and manage conflict with family, friends and coworkers.
